Blog + Video + YouTube Account = Auto Generated Blog Generation + BUZZ + Branding and more subscribers
To be honest with I came across Youtube’s auto blog generation by pure accident whilst I was checking out an older blog post for duplicate content or copying.
I hadn’t seen any posts about YouTube’s auto blog generation on the web (maybe because I hadn’t been looking in the right places) but apparently people have been blogging about it for over a year or thereabouts. Where have I been hibernating for goodness sake? :-)
Anyway, I thought I might write a post about it and take advantage of it by creating a video to show you how it works in practice and what the value of it can be for your own business. You might like to grab the video embed code from YouTube and write a blog post about it on your own site so you can begin with your own YouTube auto generated blog. If you have been including video embedding on your site already then you may have a YouTube blog that you didn’t even know about. I never even knew I had YouTube blog for Pledging for Change until now. Yeah it might be me that’s a bit slow… but at least I know about it all now, so here’s my litte two penneth…
Now I am not the best at writing blog posts so the video at the end of this post was created for other bloggers (who are much better at explaining things than I am) to embed onto their sites so that they can spread the word and help many others that I cannot possibly reach.
How does YouTube auto generated blogging work?
When you write a post on your site and embed any YouTube Video in it, YouTube picks that post up automatically and auto generates your blog on your tube channel without you having to do a thing …. providing your site URL is associated with your YouTube account.
Take a look at the image below. You can see the posts from Pledging for Change that have embedded videos in them. Some videos are my own creation whilst others have been added because they are relative to the post subject matter even though they belong to someone else. (And don’t forget, adding video to a post can bring added value for your readers, as well as creating more BUZZ about a topic or business) YouTube auto blog generation creates a back-link to your original blog post URL, (which is currently do-follow although I am sure they will change this in the near future), and also creates a backlink to the original video URL.
And note also that people can subscribe to your YouTube blog too!
And here is my video which I created to accompany this post. It is the addition of this video that will create a new auto-generated blog post on my YouTube channel. Great isn’t it?
