Our traditional butchers, Walter Rose and Son, understand the importance of sourcing the best quality local meats and how to handle the meat to preserve the quality. For the carnivores out there, Andy will be butchering the very finest fillets for you here each Wednesday.
SPICE Thursdays (pricing starts at £11)
Bob the forager gathers the finest local herbs and veggies from around the Dorset region. Complementing this with some English Chillies and a few fair-trade spices Andy is challenged to Spice up some typical British dishes here each Thursday.Our restaurant managers are working on matching each course with the perfect thirst quencher! Definitely worth venturing out for!
