I have attended couple of conferences there and I highly recommend Fallowfield Country house hotel. The venue is excellent very peaceful and very natural.
Well this looks like a really beautiful and eco hotel well worth a visit next time I am going down south for a holiday. I really like the idea of seeing the farm and eating its produce wow

I can highly recommend the Falconry day.. very much hands on .. beautiful birds ( very tasty lunch included in the restaurant ! )
