Green Schools Initiative and Funding
The Green Schools initiative is newly launched for 2013 and is primarily a way to support local schools with the funding requirements for greening up schools “projects”
It is important to note that our funding will allow projects to work on our behalf, as part of Pledging for Change, yet each will remain independent and liable for their own good practice, health and safety regulations. Each school will “employ” the contractors directly and Pledging for Change will offer the support in the form of “grants funding” to pay for projects.
Membership of Pledging for Change will build the grants fund.
If you are in any way a provider of resources, courses, events, jobs and opportunities, or an ethical business that has something to contribute to green schools projects then we will add you onto this website with your profile so you can everyone know all about you. Our Green Schools forums are now launched so there will be plenty of ideas sharing and project building as we go along.

Pledging for Change is a social enterprise with a BIG vision. A vision where thousands of members will join and enjoy the experience of making change happen and a large scale.
And what will happen when we have 50,000 members each paying a token amount forward each month?
Schools for the Future will be funded by ethical businesses and non-business members of Pledging for Change.
Bring on the members from all walks of life: We built this site so there is something for everyone. It’s been a labor of love for almost 5 years now and the seed of an idea that was planted is beginning to grow.
As a premium member you can join us in our crowd sourcing (ideas) forums to share and communicate ideas. As the grants fund grows and we all grow in strength together, we will be able to find ways to engage in local community schools and to make change happen. Many schools are changing slowly but they have neither the funding or the connections to help them. With funding budgets cut to the bare minimum everyone has to be creative and to find better ways to raise funding for green projects.
Pledging for Change grants fund will be available for every school to take advantage of all the expertise and commitment to the future that we can throw at them.
We are NOT asking for the EARTH but we are sure as hell GIVING BACK!
Where most projects rely on community or business donations Pledging for Change as a social enterprise will be dedicating 92% of profits from it’s revenue to a grants fund for direct application and support of projects.

Pledge for change is already universal and international . Alot of things will be erraviated through it, Like the way we see other big organisation and thy path we are in heading out to the skies where our Limit is! God has chosen and appointed pledgeforchange and we are all annoited and our walk will be accomplish all the set goals as well and the world will be healthy. It is the role and our duty to take a piece of it and see it through. Blessings !
Michael. Thankyou so much for your blessings once again. We do have along way to go but as with everything we have to start at the beginning and travel the journey to reach the destination. And the more that follow us the sooner we will arrive.
Oh finally Patience has lead me and my train to a group of 42 registered as Pledge for change united boys self help group and the current projects are , Owning up a Library, Sports Facilities and all work tools of Knowledge Giving as it is as much as it is needed. The boys are looking forward for a golden chance as a reality opportunity to get access to Busaries and Agricultural Rabbit Keeping . Poverty has no roots and it is just a matter of Planing as failing to plan is planing to fail. The Youths are the backbone of the society and in Unity. I Michael as the Founder and an advocate of see it Wise to Initiate Behavior change , Fight Drugs to 0 degrees, Teach Good modes and prevention measures REAL WARS UNTO REAL NATURAL MYSTICS. I think a grant program is a great idea. It is important to teach our children to be environmentally aware so that they don’t repeat the mistakes that generations before them have made. To keep things moving in a more environmentally friendly direction it is important that all generations not only become aware, but also become involved.

Children have been all but removed from natural surroundings. Their lives consist of walls, chairs, electronics, and constant input. Most will never experience the simplicities of a life connected to the earth nor how to sustain life. They know of entertainment and man-made things, but little of nature and real life. What a world it would be if we could get kids back outside and playing and getting their hands in the cool, moist, dark earth. Blessings on your goals. I have similar ones myself.

unbelievable how they are fining people for planting vegetable gardens phew. What next? So as we teach and encourage children to plant some vegs in their gardens will they get fined too?
