We all know how difficult it is for charities and non-profit organizations to keep on generating revenue for the great work that they do. It seems that every day another small or medium sized charity closes it’s doors or is unable to carry on it’s work effectively due to rising costs and less and less income particularly in times of recession.
I only wish I could wave a magic wand and send much needed money your way immediately but I simply can’t.
However, we would love to give a hand-up for a sustainable future for your organization by offering a share in the revenue of Pledging for Change membership

Our fundraising program is based around a women co-op in the Phillipines. Through making friendship bracelets for fundraising, these women are able to live independent lives and provide extra money for their families so their children can go to school. Ethical fundraising in this day and age is absolutely essential.
Well done for such a great initiative Shyree. You will have to let me know when your affiliate program is set up

A good way to raise the money and that to for a good cause with a good marketing efforts which will surely provide u the results.
I have to say I think the problem is that there’s too many charities now. They are all doing it for the right reasons but there’s only so much money around, and if many charities are doing the same thing (or similar things) they are effectively competing with each other.

Hi Alex thanks for your comment :-)
You mean they are competing for funds? I couldn’t agree more but at the end of the day there are many ways that charities can raise funds other than traditional methods asking for donations. It’s now a matter for charities to look outside of the box a little and find things that might be different. That’s why Pledging for Change is sharing revenue with the charities that register with us. However .. too many charities think about hand outs (donations) instead of working with the people who are willing to give a hand up. Even with charities the same principles apply about people only being to help those who are willing to help themselves first.
Is the way forward for social enterprises instead of charities? These businesses are designed specifically to trade for a social or environmental purpose.
As for only so much money to go round… well I do think there is enough money for all in the world … it’s just been put into the hands of the wrong people most of the time isn’t it?
Adding a charity onto your site is a great idea! Not only will you be helping but others will be more likely to help you.
We look forward to lots more charities joining our revenue share program.
